How can you ride a horse without bouncing up and down in the saddle all the time?

I 'the VE mounted a horse about 10 times in my life and my father did not leave rid his horses running huge cow. All my friends and I get us the smallest horses and horses more delicate. I just bought a saddle dell'usato for my horse that was what his previous owners were using but I'm not sure if the measure properly.
