My bike road measure perfectly, except that the saddle wasn 'friendly lower t. From The 'the VE has installed a new saddle (which is great for my bottom)' the VE that gets back pain after about half an hour of driving. The change of location is obviously the problem. What should I do? Spostilo forward, backward? Inclini upwards or downwards (en 'level S hour). More about? The lower? Please don 't tell me to use a different seat, I have several problems and ends here solves them all. Thank you!

You can record them well so that the nose of the saddle is giving up. This gives a low sensitivity but its convenience. Lol that the type at the bottom of me is sorry right I forgot to mention that: Error honest P. Its just I have my seat like that but I do not really sits like that. then I still have a bike style free but for all the same when it comes to home. I had a first road bike and mountain bikes. I suggest fiutare are well up in a sense that feel comfortable that everything is.

Rinvierei respectful to professional cycling. The recommendations here would be pure speculation, as we can 't see on the bike. The hands above will count in this case. You can read about it in. Post: Be careful Fiutando from horizontal to the seat - on a road bike can cause share the pain of the testis - depending on the degree of increase.

Assuming that your home is at the right height, the top should be parallel to the ground. Then, attach a string with a tape to the front of your foot just below the knee. Put a little weight (like a bolt) on the other end of the string. When your foot is 3 or 'chronometers, the string should go right through the middle of pedal' well s. Shift indietroare the seat forward or the extent to which this is not the case. That should be very close and need only recordings from there while secondary tours. HTH

I 'd be back to the bike shop and tells them your problem and repair them. It doesn 't sounds like a problem the saddle, so should be able to help out. If their solutions aren 't satisfactory, conservation trying different shops.

Besides the above, visiterei your position of the stem. This is a huge factor. In the measure should consider all the functions. Most manuals will have a cycling section on leading positions or assembly. Or just visit a Web site of the bicycle and read the relevant section. I got the "professionally" / adapted adapted in the past and it didn 't work for me. Read on the fundamental principles and possess registration to find the best suitable position. Keep this security as well.

I know from experience that a home in some way low can cause problems backbones. I suggest just raise your seat. Allow your feet to more room and more convenient sensitivity of shirts. Speri this helps.
