What is the best way to prepare saddle of racoon?

BBQ it on a rotisserie. Brasilo with a sauce of honey-mustard. Serviscala with a green collar and made a deep Cabernet. A sauce of sweet onions also would be a nice compliment.

Bar-B-Q 'Raccoon d the raccoon ~, cut in serving colleague ~ A red wine 1 cup of ~ 2 onions, sliced sheets of the bay ~ 3 tbsp salt, 1 ~ the 1 tsp ~ pepa of garlic cloves ~ 3, sliced ~ 2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce tbsp paprika, 1 ~ Place parts of the raccoon in a large bowl. Add wine, onions, sheets of the bay, salt, pepper and garlic. Add enough water to cover meat. Bring to the boil. Cover and let latent for 1 hour.
