How do I reshape my new leather saddle?

I bought a new saddle leather on ebay and just received it today. The leather on the outside panel is arricciato on (as if placed on the floor) and is bent a little in some places (transport). Any ideas on how rimodellarlo?

Humidity will do that to a saddle, you are safe on a new? Lubrificherei just snot until it was good and wet, I put 1 / 2 and through the chair and impilo books and I hope for the best. But that is typically an moisture when you see that. Its not a transport, oops has obtained a bent kind of thing 2 days. Sorry to hear talk of your saddle.

I bought me a new saddle leather on ebay this fall of the past. When he arrived the cushions shock from both sides were rolled inside. I used new leather, I threw on a rack in the saddle and I led in it a few times. The cushions shock are back to normal. I know that the box my saddle came in had the snot gave the kick to it, I was worried the saddle was damaged but was not. If it 's new it probably hasn' t lubricated. Have you ever heard of therapy leather? Try that, 'the VE view it work miracles. It may take some trys but should work. Highly recommend the product for old and new leather. It is fabulous!

What can sure be disappointing, I know. Usually, with a new or used saddle, the first thing that I will do with it impregnates the cushions shock, hides the bracket with normal water (bottle of spray) regulate them on a tree torcono the saddle and stirrups symmetrical and operate a the broom stick through them under the saddle just long enough to soften the leather to facilitate record the length of hides by measure.
